If your order is not delivered within 45 calendar days from the purchase date and the latest official tracking is missing, inactive, or clearly stalled, you may request a full refund or reshipment.

Orders showing recent movement, customs clearance, arrival in the destination country, handoff to the local carrier, out-for-delivery status, delivery attempt, or delivered status are not eligible until the tracking becomes inactive or the delivery issue is confirmed.

After delivery, returns or refunds are accepted only for approved manufacturing defects, damaged items, or incorrect items.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds after delivery for change of mind, team or match results, event outcomes, delivery timing after arrival, sizing/fit issues, or any other personal preference reason.
